Monkey Chant

Monkey Chant is the Americanized version of Balinese Kecak, a Hindu exorcism ritual based on the story of the Ramayana. It is best known in popular culture through a scene in the 1992 movie "Baraka" (here) and in freak culture through a popular participatory performance at Burningman every year created by "Gamelon X".
